AIMS AND OBJECTIVES

A. In keeping with the policy of Hon'ble Prime Minister Sh. Narender Modi Jee, vision to provide housing to all, teachers will also be taken care of by our Samiti through urban development Ministries of Central & State Governments.
B. (i) To Approach Ministry of health for providing lifelong health facilities to teachers and their families at govt. approved CGHS rates.
(ii) To provide health facilities to teacher community belong to Pvt or Govt. Sector in line with E S I.
C. To gather information on payment of salary to teachers in different Pvt. schools in rural and urban areas and to see why they are low paid, so that efforts are made to improve their financial conditions.
D. Teacher is known as Nation Builder, the teacher is not mearly a karamchari, he is torch bearer of society he/she should be given substantial facilities/amenities so that he/she could bring best output in terms of learning effect from students
E. To improve the effect of Teaching Learning process the torch bearer and nation builder must be provided substantial facilities in the school such as proper individual table & chair, fans, Coolers, water dispenser etc. in staffroom.
F. To find out whether school management/Administration is tackling with the teacher, in a democrative approach/way keeping aside the dictatorial attitude to bring best learning effect from children.
G. Result should be assessed according to normal probability curve:

  • To see that Disciplinary action should not be one sided but should be based on law of justice.
  • To see that all the teachers whether central Govt./ State Govt. or Pvt. sectors should be treated at par in all respects including MACP etc.
  • To minimize non-academic/clerical work of the teachers that results in diversion of teacher's energy to non-productive work.
  • Large scale proliferation of B.Ed. College sanctioned by NCTE is only producing Army of unemployed teachers. No regulatory authority to check ratio of demand and Supply.
  • Chattopadhaya commission recommendation on school grants commission is still not given due regard. It is must for improving condition of teacher, taught and the education machinery.
